Counsels employees (and potential employees/applicants) on plan provisions so that individuals can make informed decisions on benefits. • Update Probation log & follow up with managers for confirmations /terminations. • Perform exit interviews, finalize the exit process with employees. • Participate in the conduct of investigation when employee complaints are brought and advise about the steps of the discipline system of the company • Updating Monthly reports (turnover, Headcount, Recruitment analysis & Achievements). • Manage employee vacations, send monthly attendance, overtime and absence reports to department heads & Apply deductions. Contract Renewals and Develop and update organizational chart monthly. • Provide payroll processing backup support and manage the monthly payroll changes and supporting documentation • Review computation and deductions from employees to ensure accuracy after reporting and that deviations are corrected • Preparing HR documents that refereed by employees i.e.; Experience letters, HR letters.
