• Job Details:✓ Reviewing and developing the bank’s forms and publications, and designing new forms for the products and services that are being developed. ✓ Preparing the forms internally through the Adobe Illustrator system with the specifications required by the printing press and then coordinating with the concerned parties to take the necessary action. ✓ Preparing all forms and contracts for the Bank's services and products, whether they are forms to be completed by customers (contracts / forms / records / ... etc.) Or internal forms that are completed through the bank’s branches and departments. ✓ Periodic follow-up to complete all relevant approvals on the forms before circulating them.

• Job Details:• Conduct regular follow up on all issues & recommendations contained in the Audit & control areas reports. • Follow up on the implementation status of recommendations made by Audit and control areas & its Target date (for outstanding issues). • Load issues & recommendations received from Audit and control areas into the database. • Prepare reports of Audit & Control areas outstanding issues & send to concerned sectors and Parties. • Update the issues & recommendations Database with the received feedback for issues status and Target date from concerned sectors. • Escalate to senior level according to escalation matrix in case of not receiving reply from sectors to accelerate closing issues. • Provide and submit updated overall report (database) to Audit and control areas on quarter basis.
