• Job Details:• Planning Engineer: - Understanding project specifications and developing Time schedules and budgets that meet them, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budgets. - Coordinate with Project Managers all materials, tools, and installation methodologies to be used to - Create and update project baseline based on project contract and milestones. - Preparation of the Monthly/weekly project report, Look-Ahead Schedule and follow up overall master baseline schedule. - Create Work program, Cash flow, Manpower histogram, S-Curve, KPI, Dashboard and all required reports to the management in accordance with Client’s requirement. • Quantity Surveyor Engineer: - Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements. - Prepare and Review project’s invoices. July -2020 June-2015 - Preparation of the Monthly project reports, S-Curve, and all required reports to the management in accordance with Client’s requirement. - Coordinate with Project Managers all materials, tools, and installation methodologies to be used to evaluate project’s variation. - Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets. - Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals. - Plan and prioritize material requisitions & fabrication orders to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay in any deliverable. - Participate in QS meeting with all of stakeholders. - Schedule Periodic Site Visit for issuing comprehensive progress reports.
