• Job Details:As a Financial Inclusion Trainer for The National Council for Women and the International Labour Organization (ILO), I have actively contributed to a project aimed at enhancing the livelihoods of economically disadvantaged families in Egypt. Specifically, my focus has been on working with women in villages across 20 governorates of the Arab Republic of Egypt, who possess basic to intermediate education levels and face extremely low incomes. In my role, I have undertaken the following key responsibilities: 1. Provision of Comprehensive Financial Literacy Training: I have conducted extensive training sessions on financial literacy, equipping more than 1300 women with the necessary knowledge and skills to comprehend and navigate various financial concepts and products. By doing so, I have empowered them to make informed decisions regarding their finances and enhance their overall financial well-being. 2. Tailored Support: Recognizing the distinct challenges faced by women with limited education and low income levels, I have provided personalized support and guidance to address their specific needs. This has involved offering practical strategies and tools to enhance their financial management capabilities and foster sustainable financial practices. 3. Empowerment and Capacity Building: Through interactive training methodologies, I have facilitated the empowerment and capacity building of participating women. This encompasses fostering their confidence and self-esteem, promoting entrepreneurship and income-generation opportunities, and encouraging active engagement in economic activities within their communities. 4. Collaboration and Coordination: I have collaborated closely with The National Council for Women, the International Labour Organization, and other project stakeholders to ensure the seamless implementation of the financial inclusion initiative. This has entailed coordinating training schedules, monitoring progress, and providing timely updates and reports on the project's impact. 5. Monitoring and Evaluation: I have actively engaged in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the financial inclusion project. This includes assessing the progress and impact on the lives of the targeted women, identifying areas for improvement, and capturing success stories and lessons learned to enhance future program iterations.
