Oversee the liaison and coordination with the client and colleges in order to maintain operation of existing facilities during construction and integration of the expansion program. Plan and review with the individual contractors their program for construction including procedures, layout, logistics equipment, manpower requirements and coordination with other contractors. Oversee and review contractors’ input of equipment and manpower resources against projected histograms. Oversee and mange site logistics planning, the provision of temporary facilities and its correct implementation. Establish, manage and refine the administrative and operational procedures for the project in the field and ensure proper implementation by the filed staff. Development, management and follow-up on implementation of the security/safety programs. Provide the relevant input for monthly reporting procedures and associated narrative to the engineering group. Monitor contractors’ compliance with safety programs and quality assurance/quality control procedures. Execute studies and prepare strategies concerning various issue related to field operations and recommend to Senior Management (Project Executive) and client for implementation. Provide weekly reports to the Project Executive on the progress of works by the different contractors.

Senior Structure Engineer Technical OfficeFull Time

• Job Details:Technical support and coordination of the structural and civil design works associated with each of the facilities contracts and related coordination issues. Review and coordination of construction and related engineering required for the completion of the works. Duties: 1. Directly responsible for the design review, technical support, expediting and coordination of the A/E's structural and civil and landscaping design works, in accordance with schedules, and International and local design standards. 2. Directly responsible for ensuring the A/E's structural and civil engineers carry out the necessary coordination with other disciplines. 3. Participate in value engineering workshops, constructability studies and analysis, and related cost and time comparisons in relation to structural and civil works. 4. Conduct detailed evaluation of civil structural drawings to ensure all design perimeters have been considered and due attention has been given to local, special or unique design conditions. 5. Familiar with the requirements of contract drawings, specifications, schedules and budgets for the works. 6. Responsible for the overall review and coordination of the contractors works and associated coordination with PAAET. 7. Study and understand contract drawings, specifications, schedules and budgets for the works under construction. 8. Assist in preparation and review of work method statements, sequence, and time schedules for each contract for construction. 9. Assist the Sr. Field personnel to review the individual contractor’s program for construction including method statements, procedures, layout, equipment, manpower requirements and coordination with other contractors. 10. Expedite and monitor the progress of the contractors, update progress schedules, and advise Turner Projacs. Sr. Field personnel of any slippage, problems and potential delays of the construction of the work. Recommend corrective action to be taken. 11. Monitor contractor's compliance with safety programs, and quality assurance/quality control procedures. Coordinate the A/E's inspections and quality control with contractors. 12. Schedule and attend construction coordination meetings with contractors. 13. Provide information relevant to Turner International Middle East Monthly PCS report on the status of works by contract. 14. Resolve field conflicts and problems in respect of contractors. 15. Perform technical analysis of construction contract proposed change orders, submissions for variation orders and contractor's claims. 16. Attend to the relevant administrative duties as identified in the Action file and on the Auto-Pro system. 17. Work with all members of Project Team - the Client, Construction Manager, A/E, Contractors, and Suppliers - to produce a Quality Product. 18. Respond to all outstanding assigned correspondence in a timely manner.

Senior Structure Engineer Technical OfficeFull Time

• Job Details:Reviewing Workshop drawings, construction method statement, materials specifications and soil investigation reports, etc. 2. Supervision for excavation, shoring, and dewatering system. 3. Supervision for executing permanent piles work and secant piles Materials procurement schedules and follows up. 4. Study and action the Structural calculations for shoring, aluminum curtain walls, structural glazing walls, RCC concrete design and steel structural works. 5. Coordination architecture, aluminum work, structure and Electromechanical shop drawings. 6. Supervise site activities, such as excavations, back filling, surveying, steel reinforcement arrangement, coordination with services, quality control, involve during concrete works etc. 7. Attending and giving input at Progress meeting. 8. Supervising finishing materials, landscaping work and roads. 9 . Involved in supervision of architectural finishes and details. 10. Checking of finishing works and issuing remedial notes and safety evaluations as per specification and quality control required to achieve quality standards. 11. Reviewing cost related issues in order to ensure cost control. 13. Involve in preparation of tender documents and evaluation reports for many tenders in Kuwait Port Authority and Al-Othman tower. 14. Preparing value engineering studies, design review, coordination contract documents and cost estimation for many projects prior to tendering, for example and not limited to the following projects: a. Arab Open University branches in Egypt, Kuwait, and Jordan. b. Al-Othman commercial building in Kuwait. 15. Supervision of rehabilitation of existing berths, design review for new berths, design review and supervision for Gantry cranes new berths, review of soil report of the navigation channel. 18. Completed accurate engineering calculations for weights, loads and other metrics using both manual and digital methods. 19. Assisted drafters in developing structural design of products using drafting tools or computer-assisted design (CAD) or drafting equipment and software. 20.
