I engaged with TBC (on three-months rolling contract) to improve their projects delivery practices eg planning, scoping, costing and risk management. Also, by capitalizing on my excellent business relationship with spectrum of business accounts, I opened new sales channels and bridged the relation with regional (and local) suppliers to promote and sell selected services and products.
