• Job Details:• Providing leadership for Finance Function, performance & processes. • Financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting • Financial reporting, Financial analysis, projections & modeling • Prepare the company's budget based on constraint analysis and discounted cash flow analysis • Report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances • Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction • Interpret the company's financial results to management and recommend improvement activities • Review company bottlenecks and recommend changes to improve the overall level of company throughput • Ensure robust financial, Profit & Loss and audit controls, risk analysis, KPI reporting, and decision making Evaluation of potential new business opportunities. • Foxing on cost reduction analyses in all departments • Create the five-year cash flow and business plan • Prepare and make comprehensive presentations and reports on projects and all over activities to CEO & BOD • Negotiate, review, and approve all legal contracts

Finance ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Responsible for the efficient implementation and fulfillment of the strategies, directives, and guidelines defined for the Finance & Accounting department. Responsible for all direct and indirect Accounting and financial activities of all the ongoing projects • Monitor percentage of completion, adherence to contract/budget and provide cash flow forecast • Manage projects costs, estimations, budgeting, pricing & contracts conditions like payments terms, advance ---payments, retention, withholding tax, performance bonds, insurance policies, and payments certifications. • Reviewing & negotiate the conditions of the contracts (legally& financially) in line with company policies with customers. • Monitor expenses in line with set budgets where inappropriate spending occurs • Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained. • Ensure adequate expenditure controls comply with regulation and procedure manual • Preparation of budgets, forecasts and cash flows
