Determine the products cost & giving the BOD attention for any deviations can affect the costing calculation, leading the accounting staff to achieve the closing in time with accuracy, prepare the production report comparing between the actual production & available capacity to present the factories efficiency, dealing with the external auditor & inspect VAT, Corporation tax with tax authorities –develop the internal control system & the skills of the accounting staff. Prepare the yearly& the interim financial statement with its financial reconciliation’s Giving the advice to the BOD for any required financial or operational issue & preparing any required visibility study for adding production line or Bank Equipment Loan.

Duties Preparing annual Budget & applying to head office in UK after approval process, analyzing any deviations between the actual & budget comes during preparation the monthly operation report analyzing the actual KPIparameter . Prepare the product costs & compare it with the transfer price received from the head office & prepare monthly report for any cost over the transfer price. Analyze the deviations between the standard & actual direct materials consumptions. Cash flow projection-managing the payment priorities then signing the payment according to the global implemented procedures-review the process of LC’s –Bank grantee with the treasury officer –negotiating with banks for facility & Loan’s issues –dealing with the external auditor & Investment authority –preparing the monthly & yearly Local & IFRS financial statement with its financial reconciliations –leading the officers staff to close in time . Reporting to Head quarter &BOD.
