Job Role: 1. RFP contribution with sales and presales teams 2. Project planning • Identify project requirements, strategies and schedules in support of project team. • Develop the PM plan with the input of project team and take the approval from customer in addition to solution & contract review. 3. Develop scope, cost & schedule baselines and measure against them • Develop a realistic baselines to measure project performance against and observe any variances to be controlled 4. Monitor & control project team tasks • Using organization systems to follow up on team activities including technical, procurement, administrative tasks. • Measure teams KPIs and share with functional managers. 5. Continues process improvement and problem prevention • Analyzing the leased line implementation lifecycle, determine weaknesses & conflicts, confronting teams with each other, and suggest solutions. 6. Validate customer satisfaction • Reviewing the signed contract with the customer to be sure he recognizes the impact of all terms and clauses. • Representing a single point of contact between organization & customer during project life cycle. • Setting customer expectations. • Make sure customer accepts the project in a satisfactory way. • Set periodic customer meetings covering areas related to performance, improvements, quality and processes 7. Stakeholder Management including organization upper management and external customers. 8. Recommend corrective and preventive actions along the life cycle • Actions to remove any obstacles could be appeared along the way till project closure. 9. Creating a knowledgebase and updating organizational process assets. • Broadcasting project lessons learned inside the PMU among all PMs 10. Validate and Communicate closure procedures inside the performing organization • Working with finance team to make sure the revenue is booked for closed projects with accurate dates and monetary values. • Working with support teams to handover complex and non-standard solutions to ease support cycle of this customer
