• Job Details:• Leased a centrally located property from the AUC in downtown Cairo - THE GrEEK CAMPUS transforming it into an office business center, events and convention center focused on startups, technology and innovation. • Led the negotiations, created the financial model, budget and started the execution to remodel the campus, managing the bidding and construction contract while overviewing main contractor in construction phase, reached V occupancy of leased offices in only 18 months of operations. • Created a small leasable offices model that has proven to be very successful with startups and filling a highly demanded market gap.
