Senior AccountantFull Time

• Job Details:- Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations. - Review all purchasing and sales invoices record . - Checking VAT and withholding report . - Support audit with the needed requirements. - Reporting analysis for AR / AP on monthly and quarterly . - Reporting sales and collection report per month . - Support month-end/year-end closing for costs and projects under processing . - Reconciliation AR under collection in balance sheet ending of year. - Making LG for contracts and reporting our balance per month. - Check cost center expenses and compare them against budget. - Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines. - Working with internal and external auditors. - Research and analyze expense variances for company management when needed. - Project controlling utilization analysis and reporting. - Support in month end closing activities such as account reconciliation, revenue recognition, expenses recording, etc. - Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.

General AccountantFull Time

• Job Details:- Prepare and record journal entries and accruals. - Assist other departments such as HR and Marketing with reviewing of expenses. - Compare with Project Manager between planning and actual cost. - Handle subcontractors dues. - Follow with Clients installments for collection. - Assist with the preparation of financial statements. - Analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers. - Post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue. - Maintain and record fixed assets. - Record and conciliation petty cash for sites. - Prepare and file local compliance reporting as necessary. - Document financial transactions by entering account information. - Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options. - Monitor daily cash balances and determine cash requirements needed to cover losses and payments. - Assist with reviewing payroll records.
