• Job Details:- Identifying and contacting customers with overdue accounts, and entering data into computer to track collection efforts and progress. - Work with the preparation of the quarterly financial reporting package and assist in audit requests as assigned. - Prepare and distribute State level financial reporting information including monthly Labor analysis, key financial metrics as determined by the State management team. - Review and analyze monthly results to ensure accuracy of financial statements, making accruals and adjustments as needed.

• Job Details:•Inbound calls: Answering all the existing client's inquiries for 24 hours related to Bank’s products. •Outbound calls: Tele Collection Credit cards, Loans and data validation (Monthly basis). •Risk Task (FRAUD): Monitoring credit and debit card's transactions outside Egypt to lemmatize possibilities of hacking and risk of being stolen which may happen upon our clients' accounts. (24 hours, 7 days a week depending on a 2 hours daily mail from VISA International “Fraud Dep.”). •ATM Monitoring Task: Monitoring the overall network of ABC's ATM machines of Arab Republic of Egypt 24 hours, 7 days a week and detecting errors and contact the ATM responsible, Communication unit and Service provider for each error. •Tele-Sales: Call the bank and non bank's customers to sell the new products to them and inform them about the new promotions for ABC Bank. •Arrange and handling weekly employee schedule. •Assign shift (Team leader backup). •Provide on-the-job training for new employees.
