• Job Details:• Facilitate all MIS reporting needs for the Deputy-CEO, Area, Branch, and Product Managers • Present top management with daily, monthly, and annual reports about sales and portfolio movements • Utilize visuals and graphs to summarize and simplify the grasping of all generated reports • Perform in-depth analysis by location, product, industry, and customer segment • Budget preparation for areas and branches and continuous evaluation of target achievement • Provide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) about all products, areas, branches, and sales personnel • Validate incentives based on performance reviews, to be given to sales personnel and branch managers • Evaluate supplier fees and invoices, and provide corrective actions and recommendations • Analyze historical data and trends from various perspectives to suit user needs and interpretations • Delinquency and Utilization monitoring of asset products for recovery purposes • Enhance and streamline information flow and quality between various departments • Support Audit and Internal Control Units with their data and information needs • Review, develop and revamp: products, workflows, and processes • Conduct periodical market research and peer competitor reviews • Automate Excel reports to enhance creation time, reliability, accuracy, and consistency
