• Job Details:I am working on completing all tendering process for all assigned customers. My key job responsibilities include the following duties : • The responsibility for the preparation and subsequent negotiation of Tender submissions for Mechanical Engineering projects. • Examining incoming tenders and review contract potential. • Measuring Quantity Take-Off’ from drawings. • Producing Bills of Quantities . • Sourcing pre-project information and analyzing sub-contractor quotations, agreements & inquiries. • Building up tender price from first principles based on the scope of works, Cost planning. • Producing tender report in preparation for tender adjudication. • Holding adjudication/settlement meeting with Estimating & Operational Directors . • Attending pre & post contract interviews, client meetings etc.
