• Job Details:Scope: SRVME/RASEEL SRVME: - Understanding the SRVME concept and business model . - Provide excellent customer service in order to build and maintain strong relationship with customers . - Communicate and record customer complaints: via phone/email and accordingly solve the constraints in accordance to the business's policy . - Train staff of providers in policies and procedures and supervise their daily work . - Monitor and follow up on job orders . - Assign & re-assign job orders . - Attracting suitable providers through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc. - Report to and assist operation manager in daily tasks and duties . - Communicate with management teams to confirm execution of company processes . - Set goals for providers and monitor their progress . - Contribute to add of new services . - Develop and implement human resources practices . - Provide support to all business units including administrative, financial and human resource departments . - Communicate, file and record all orders . RASEEL: - Handling orders received via all carriage orders . - Communicate, file and record all orders . - Communicate any shortages etc. on stock for orders . - Analyse sales in order to come up with future opportunities .

Sales RepresentativeFull Time

• Job Details:-Outside Sales Rep for over 20 Co-operatives in a respected food stuff firm . -Prepare purchase orders to maintain the presence of products permanently . -Expand and control both fresh and existing accounts for co-operatives . -Build relationship with key Managers and Salesman of souqs to facilitate the process of sale . -Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports .
