• Job Details:Leader of the project controls team within the business unit with a focus on; project planning, budget controls, risk assessment, document control and project reporting for Developmental Housing Program – Wave 3  that's content ( 8 projects across the Kingdom) . -Perform Program Management and Coordination with regard to Project Controls – Budget, Schedule, Risk and Risk Mitigation Strategies. -Provide timely and accurate project controls reporting and communication to management. -Develop, implement and maintain project programme and progress reporting systems within the business unit enabling Operation manager to effectively manage his projects through effective use of reporting tools etc. -Review and monitor Project Management Plans in accordance with project requirements -Manage Document Control processes and procedures -Provide effective leadership, management and high level operational advice and expertise of the Project Controls / Project Support unit -Will provide planning support (scheduling) to Project Directors/Managers as required, in the establishment of Project (activity schedules) for any project within the business unit (including proposals / tenders). -Will assist in developing and implementing business strategies to measure the performance of the team in terms of client satisfaction, quality standards, and compliance with legislation, corporate requirements and direction

Project ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:-Directs the overall planning of construction activities to identify critical milestones and priorities. -Determines budget estimates and staffing requirements for the defined scope and schedule.
