• Job Details:Customer facing.  Assist the Chief Architect in the implementation of the internal EA Deployment roadmap.  Execute the stakeholders and communication management plan.  Assess the need to create a Request for Architecture Work based on the given requirements.  Define the Objectives and Business Benefits of the iteration along with the context of the envisioned solution.  Document the high-level As-Is Solution architecture, To-Be Solution architecture, gap analysis and impact analysis as inputs to the Chief Architect’s development of the Statement of Architecture Work.  Document the detailed As-Is Solution architecture, To-Be Solution architecture, gap analysis and impact analysis as inputs to the EA Team’s development of the Architecture Definition Document.  Revisit existing solution patterns and decide on whether to reuse or develop solutions to fulfill the requirements with the help of the EA Team.  Ensure compliance of the implementation of the solution architecture by referring to the Compliance Form’s Solution compliance checklists.  Assess Step-Out requests and prepare impact analysis reports to the Architecture Review Board’s revision and decision to approve or reject.  Prepare the milestone compliance assessment report with the EA Team and send to the Chief Architect for his assessment and decision on way forward.  Key design decisions for technologies used in the project.
