• Job Details:•Receiving new orders from Clients. •Making contact with shipping lines like: (MAERSK, SEOGOLINE, HAMBURG SUD, CHINA SHIPPING and APL……etc.) to get the best and competitive rates for import and export. •Receive the booking confirmation from sales department. •Preparing the shipping declaration and send it to the shipping line with all details regarding the shipment. •Making contact with transport companies to get the best rates. •Arrange time of loading with the client. •Sending the booking confirmation and time of loading to the transport company. •Preparing final shipping declaration and send it to the shipping line. •Preparing all the documents required for the shipment: COO, EURO 1, Arab League,…...etc.

Export Operations CoordinatorFull Time

• Job Details:•Responsible for the coordination of all Export activities. •Managing Daily Export Operations •Negotiating rates with shipping lines •Daily reporting to management
