• Job Details:My Job Roles & Tasks as below :- • Ensure technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software as below :- • Ensure that all systems in Data Center are running. • Familiarity with Data Center power, UPS, cooling, cabling, fire system, surveillance as well as other Infrastructure issues. • Very good knowledge in Installing, configuring and maintaining production server infrastructure. • Good Knowledge of the Data Center infrastructure. • Ensure data center operates at maximum operational efficiency. • Managed the Data Center infrastructure and ensured support to the facilities. • Ensured the work was completed in accordance to the regulations of data protection. • Prepared a list of all inventory required for the continuous functioning of the data center system • Preparation and maintenance of Data Centre operational procedures Report and analysis of Data Centre operations. • Proactively detect any problems and devise solutions or workarounds. • Proactively detect and report to management any operational threats. • Implemented & improved the overall IT policies, standards & procedures and assure the compliance from systems and users. • Designed, planed, implemented, monitored, tracked and reported the technology plan including IT budget & utilize IT resources and Co-ordinated with other managers to evaluate their IT needs and propose new solutions to answer these needs. • Planed, Deployed & Managed new security measures including E-Mail, URL Filter, Network Admission Control & Web Application Firewall. • Building customer relationships and establishing customer need. • Monitoring service delivery and customer satisfaction to maintain high standard services • Resolving issues that may arise within the team or between the team and any external party (e.g. the customer) • Understand customer goals, business and service plans for proper account planning and execution. • Engage with customers during solution phase to manage service level requirements and develop service level agreements (SLAs) and align them with service delivery capabilities. • Job Details:• Centralized & consolidated the whole IT services offering for all branches its in 3 different locations (Cairo, Alexi & Assiut) from one single location (Head Office) and implemented a DR site. as below :- 1- New Datacenter Infrastructure for Centra & DR. 2- Connect different branches through VPN connection with head office.
