Supervises the staff and responsible for managing 13 accountants to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed. • Manage the activities and work of subordinates and evaluate their performance to ensure that all work within is carried out in an efficient manner. Provide technical accounting support and interpretation to management and accountants. Recommend improvements to the Group policies and direct the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of financial planning and reporting activity
