• Job Details:-Leading monthly S&OP Process, collaborating closely with all Business functions to ensure intergeneration. -Leading Demand & Sales Review Meetings integrating Sales, marketing and supply team to update cycles. -Identify all Potential Risks& Opportunities providing reasons and impact of them in both SI and SO. -Generating 12 months rolling forecast for both local and imported FGs breaking the record of FCST Accuracy with 10% Above throw analyzing Sales Trends, Baseline FCST and market demand drivers. - Achieving the target of depletion plan for Delisted& Nonmoving FGs having lower than 5% as a target.

• Job Details:-Developing inventory Replenishment models to different warehouses. -Creating Proposed Purchase requestions to fulfill all inventory needs to achieve our target service level. -Creating and developing Master data for products to make it relevant to Demand and forecast -Generate transfer reports to coordinate SKUs distribution among warehouses. -Establishing a Quantitative Forecast to meet it with other stakeholders’ Qualitative forecast -Initiate Purchasing Sourcing Process to Give best recommended Suppliers

• Job Details:-Lead MRP process -drive the MPS and weekly schedules implementation -revise and confirm monthly target based on approved S&OP forecast -lead the supply plan for domestic, subsidiaries and export markets -monitor FG shipment on daily basis with customer service and logistics team
