• Job Details:• Providing maintenance for TE Data internet service provider and hosted solutions • Support, monitor, and maintains servers different platforms and configurations. • Support, monitor and maintain TE Data’s solution and scheduled jobs • Performs basic monitoring, troubleshooting and repair of all aspects of services, servers, operating systems and hardware • Provide second-line support for issues raised by other TE Data teams • Provides notifications, escalations, status updates, and problem reporting as required • Uses strong troubleshooting skills in isolating and solving problems • To monitor and ensure optimal performance of data center facility. • To install, configure, and administer various systems. • Dealing with DNS, Hosting and E-mail services Concept and implementations. • Monitoring and troubleshooting services running on both Linux and Microsoft platforms • Working with visualization: Hyper-V and vSphere.

Project Coordinator for FTTH projectFull Time

• Job Details:• Installation and troubleshooting all FTTH(Fiber To The Home) problems. • Troubleshooting all Family Filter (filtered internet) problems. • Analysis and reporting for the service level • Maintain the quality of service offered to the customer. • Support new Services and Solution development and management processes as required. • Configure the modem and network telecommunication settings. • Troubleshooting Mail ,Domain ,Arabic Domains, Hosting and all ADSL problems • Reporting and analysis all POP's performance with forecasting POP's problems.
