• Job Details:• Develop and maintain schedule deliverable at all levels of management with inputs from Engineering, Procurement and construction • Develop a recovery plan for remaining works to ensure that the schedule is in line of project finish date • Develop resource plan for activities • Update schedule weekly and determine delays • Create look ahead for project and monitor by it • Prepare MDL and MTS and monitor it frequently • Prepared daily, weekly, Bi-weekly and Monthly reports • Prepare weekly meeting with internal team to discuss all issue and document it • Prepare weekly meeting with subcontractor to monitor their progress and document it • Create daily standup (15 min) meeting with subcontractor
