• Job Details:o Responsible for the service and development of the branch SMEs portfolio and acquiring new clients o Conducting regular visits to clients, ensuring their requests are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner. o Represent the primary point of contact with the SMEs clients, handling all their complaints and maintaining the bank’s professional image to attain their maximum satisfaction level. o Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients o Allowing for better understanding of their banking needs o And enabling the generation of new business from o Referrals and the achievement of the portfolio targets o Ensure systematic approach to loan handling including the maintenance of the appropriate loan o Documentation, agreements, commitment, historical data supporting documents, investigation reports correspondence and other miscellaneous forms and maintain index of files for easy access. o Maintain knowledge of the CBE rules and regulations governs SMEs clients. o Maintain synergy with the corporate and retail business line as well as all head office department. o Ensure the correct adoption of policies and procedures in order to guarantee that the bank business is conducted in compliance with local laws , internal rules and regulations as well as international standards .Ensure the correct function and implementation of the permanent supervision compliance and money laundering

• Job Details:o Setting promotion plans to activate the product through channels to achieve targets o Review all customer’s loan applications and make sure that all applications meets the requirements o Make field inquiry to the applicants and prepare the related reports o Estimates the loan value in compliance with the organized instructions o Reject all customer’s loans applications that do not meet the requirement. o Prepare the final credit approval. o Daily following up for the credit portfolio through following up all the paid installments and the arrears. o Prompt the team members to update the customer’s data o Evaluate the microfinance specialist’s performance. o Following up the seeped customers and study the seepage reasons. o Make all closing procedures every month and make sure that all transactions are recorded correctly o Conduct regular internal audits and review and consolidate accounting books o Conduct a trainings and workshops on microcredit o Prepare periodic / Non-Periodic Reports for Specialist Central Zone
