Parts Manager Full Time

• Job Details:Masria Company El-Rawas was the Exclusive Authorized Distributor in Egypt for Mitsubishi Motors vehicles since 1985 till 2010 During the mentioned duration (7 years) I'm working as parts manager. My current tasks include: - To study the spare parts market to achieve better competition. - To control the spare parts supply chain process from local and foreign suppliers : o Sending RFQ o Check availability o Negotiate prices o Send P/O o Control purchasing process o Follow up the B/O (Back order items) - To coordinate with our spare parts sales branches and service centers on distribution of spare parts. - To schedule work and to manage efficient working of spare parts staff. - To control the spare parts stock control system to provide all needed spare parts for service centers and for direct sales to avoid any shortage or overstock - To control the Spare Parts Ordering System to maximize the customer demand achievement and minimize the overstock and dead stock of spare parts (Sea orders , VOR orders) and forecasting the spare parts demand - As the current spare parts computer system is a tailor made system , I contributed in designing the system to suit the requirements of the work beside all needed system modifications - Thorough knowledge of the electronic spare parts catalogue system - To generate the performance reports and other parts management reports to evaluate the parts stock. - To train and teach spare parts staff to use the spare parts computer system, Parts Catalogue and to develop their skills - Re-evaluation of spare parts inventory based on historical data - Also, my job is to control the stock and generate reports for Items Movement Analysis to know exactly the fast, medium and slow moving items (beside the dead items) to control the ordering system very well. - Contributing in the annual and periodical stock taking (inventory) to the main warehouse and other branches warehouse.

Parts Procurement ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:During the mentioned duration (7 years) I was working as Parts Procurement Manager controlling supply chain process and contacting Mitsubishi Japan to provide the required genuine spare parts Plus controlling and analyzing the parts stock.

IT Manager Full Time

• Job Details:Managing and controlling IT department and it includes : - Automotive Computer Systems (the 3 main computer systems) : o Cars sales system o Spare parts system o After Sales Service System - Troubleshooting Hardware , PC's and Networks. - Developing computer Systems. - Maintaining servers and PC's. - Training Employees on different computer systems. - Updating Masria Co. (Mitsubishi Egypt) website. - Generating top management reports
