• Job Details:• Development of Cummins Training Centre. • Design Skill Matrix for Different Levels of Technicians (L1, L2, L3). • Implementation of Vocational Curriculum for newly hired technicians. • Conduction of Technical Training Courses on various products. • Perform Annual Training Gap analysis. • Set individual learning plans for staff as per the training gap analysis. • Design and Implementation of Annual Training Plan, according to the gap analysis and introduction of new products into the market. • Plan and implement training budget (OPEX & CAPEX). • Update and Adjustment of training Data base on the Cummins LMS. • Act as focal Point of contact between Cummins Inc. and Cummins Arabia for training related activities. • Design and Conduction of Customer Training Programs.
