Technical Client Relations Assistant ManagerFull Time

• Job Details: Inform clients of construction updates on their units from the contracting date till delivery.  Communicate with customers.  Follow up on requested tasks progress from other departments.  Meet & assist clients in modifying their unit design & carrying out all architectural drawings & getting approvals for owner’s external amendments.  Handle all client’s requests related to the construction of the unit.  Coordinate & monitor all unit’s status, requirements & updates with all departments.  Receipt all client’s inquiries and complaints and provide them with the required technical assistance & resolve all issues according to the company’s policies & procedures.  Update Construction department with client’s requests concerning different contracted items (Aluminum works, exterior elevations painting colors & penthouse floor addition)  Handle conflicts that may occur during the unit’s construction phase.  Coordinate with the project managers on site on a weekly basis to discuss the project development and pending cases.  Organize site tours with the clients in all our projects.

Community management & Technical Client relations EngineerFull Time

• Job Details: Meeting clients to discuss & clarify the working procedure, in addition- Discussing unit’s modifications.  Handling client’s complaints and requests.  Creating solutions for client’s problems.  Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards and also meet SODIC protocols.  Revising modified drawings requested by clients and send to respective authority (Sheikh Zayed Authority) in order to issue modified licenses.  Ensure that the clients and investors go through the finishing work process covering regulations and protocols and help them making this process easier.  Site Supervision (Allegria compound – West town Residence – Casa compound – THE POLYGON).  supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, environment and security to ensure that basic facilities are well-maintained.  Collaborate with another departments -maintenance, internal services, customer service, and security in order to do our best serving, helping, and advising our clients.

Architect and site engineerFull Time

• Job Details: I was responsible for various sites under construction.
