• Job Details:• Manage the factory operation to achieve the performance targets in an environment of continuous improvement, launch promoting initiatives, and develop process and exchange of best practice in the plant. • Driving the performance by increasing the line productivity and recovery from 82% to 94%. • Responsible for the management of the factory operations, maintenance of machines, production lines, Supply Chain activities, building strong quality management system and health & safety of employees. • Manage and update factory operation policies and procedures, Creating SOP’s for all production process. • Initiate cost saving projects for paper cardboard and starch using as a main component. • Building a team of Egyptian talents participating with the HR to enhance the moral of the entire factory employees and transferring the line process operation from Chines smoothly to the Egyptian team. • Building efficient safety system meets regulations and safe work environments by implementing the OHSAS 18001 • Coordinate with all company departments to reach production and business targets.

Factory ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Manage the factory operation including; Production, Procurement, Warehouse and Maintenance. • Ensure that ORANA customers receive deliveries on time and are updated regularly on status of their orders. • Responsible for ensuring that production and all factory work is carried through competitively at lowest possible cost and highest productivity • Ensuring that production of products meets or exceeds efficiency and company quality standards and that facilities and processes conform to GMP, HACCP and food safety standards and to environmental standards. • Follow up closely with engineering manager about lines and machines overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and agreed on maintenance and overhauling activities within the agreed timing within TPM program. • Ensure efficient and effective operation of all processes within control to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) against Company Business Plan/Objectives • Responsible for the policies/training for production staff ensuring procedures and instruction is followed.
