• Job Details:• Establish the Group financial strategy and direction, being an integral part of the executive leadership team. • Oversee all financial operations including accounting, treasury, corporate finance, and investor relations. • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements. • Manage the financial performance of the company by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions and minimizing the impact of variances. • Develop financing strategies, plans, and procedures to fund the company’s growth. • Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances. • Direct and oversee all aspects of the finance & accounting functions of the organization. • Steward the capital structure of the company, determining the best mix of debt, equity, and internal financing. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies, to maintain transparency and trust. • Contribute to strategic discussions and decision-making regarding the company’s business model, product offerings, and expansion plans. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives to identify their needs and seek a full range of business solutions
