Supervision Consultant (R.E)Full Time

• Job Details:• Overall review of the projects plans, time schedules and organization charts in accordance to the management methodology and techniques. • Organizing and directing the construction team to perform the quality systems, method statement and shop drawing compliance. • Material submittals approval in terms of project specifications. • Supervising the contractor work implementation for various disciplines in compliance to the project documents and quality measures. • Reporting to client management for the work progress and contractor/subcontractors performance. • Negotiations and settlement of claims, change orders. • Liaising/coordination with outside agencies, other team and subcontractors. • Monitoring site safety. • Monitoring contractor’s quality assurance program. • Reviewing monthly progress payments and processing. • Attending all progress and Technical Meetings • Liaison with other Authorities and Agencies • Weekly and monthly reporting to client.

Projects ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Project management and supervision for the various disciplines. • Overall planning, organizing and directing for the above projects as per standard measures and management methodology. • Operate the project quality control and site inspection programs. • Directly responsible for the entire construction works from concept to completion. • Liaison with the main contractor in technical issues and in resolving drawing conflicts
