• Job Details:My duties include reviewing and approving of structural calculations, geotechnical reports, structural design and shop drawings of KAP4 projects for six months. After handing over Salboukh site my duties as Area Manager includes overseeing the daily operations of KAP4 multi-site projects in Salboukh area, KSA including contractor management, dispute management, material management and to ensure meeting health and safety standards. I also hold the responsibility to assist in the setting, implementing, monitoring, and reporting of all required management reports in my area in accordance to the program’s procedures and discharging the Engineer’s duties and responsibilities related to the site supervision of construction, and the administration of the Contract for the following projects in Salboukh area:  General Directorate for Special Security Forces: Total cost 577.0 Millions S.R. The project includes 1.3 million m3 of backfill using dynamic compaction method; the project consists of a four floors Main Building, of total area of 61,550 m2, auxiliary buildings of total area of 33,340 m2, masjid, Sewage treatment plant, 2,000.0 l.m of boundary walls, internal utilities networks, and internal roads. Will be opened on June 2017.  Dormitories: Total cost 239.0 Million S.R. The project consists of ten identical five floors buildings the area of each floor is 1,036 m2, masjid, internal utilities networks, play yards, and internal roads. Will be opened on January 2017.

• Job Details:My duties include revision of Structural/Architectural designs, revision and approval of valuations raised by contractors, quality control, approval of works executed and coordination between civil and electro/mechanical works for the following projects in Riyadh, KSA:  Multi Story Car Park: Total cost 149.o Millions S.R. The project consists of two basements and three floors each of area of 17500 m2, providing room for 2200 cars, 9 shops, and cafeteria using pre-cast beams & columns/pre-stressed hollow core slabs. Opened on Jan 2010.  Medical Bulk Stores: The 1st phase total cost is 30.0 Millions S.R. The project consists of basement of area of 8500 m2 using cast in situ concrete. The 2nd phase includes adding extra six floors still under bedding. First phase opened on October 2011.  Housing Towers: 1st phase Tower (A). Total cost 80.0 Million S.R. The project consists of 15 floors each of area of 1460 m2, providing accommodation for 420 persons, using com-slab deck system. Opened on October 2011.  2nd phase Tower (B). Total cost 75.0 Millions S.R. similar to Tower (A) but post-tension slab system was used will be opened on June 2012.
