• Job Details:Managed 130 people including security officers (Contracted/outsource), control room operators, permits clerks, security system support Team and security audit team.  Developed and implemented the port facility security plans. Conducted initial comprehensive security inspections of the port facility, Ensured that security plans, procedures, system and equipment not compromise and the personnel security of facility employees, Contractors and visitors.  Coordinated implementation of the port facility security plan with the appropriate company and ship security officers.  Conducted Incident, accident, security near misses/breaches/violations of discipline and security concerns investigations to identify the relevant security control measures and keeping record of the lessons learnt to spread them among the port facility personnel to avoid recurrence. .  Drive AXIOM system, access control system and provide the accessibility privilege for all the port comers/employees/visitors with identify the places.  Drive CCTV system and manage team which operate over 100 observed cameras (fixed/movable) for record all the port events 24/7.  Drive and maintain the TETRA radios/base stations communications, and the other frequencies /UHF/VHF.  Supervised the X-RAY machine station/Mobile - operational process.  Maintain security management system, ISO 28000 and 29 procedures to ensure applied properly.  Maintain ISPS Code and share its regulations with the several departments to be applicable in proper manner for both terminals (containers/liquid).  Managing the workers communities’ strikes /demonstrations (number of situations) with the management and coordinate with the various securities governmental authorities.  Communicated with all the Security authorities to ensure all the security measures are maintained properly.  Reporting CEO monthly security update related to the political news or the community and Reviewing security management system in monthly basis.  Make all the required detectives and prior criminal investigations/information for all employees.  Establish a 24/7 capability to assist Area and Country Managers in emergencies (e.g. hostage taking, terrorist attack, civil unrest etc.) under guidance of the Group Security Crisis Management Team (SCMT).  Company mandated to liaise with law enforcement criminal investigations & Draft statements for criminal investigation and for the shipments regulations.  Leadership experience and proven results within Container management is an advantage  Coordinate with HO for any further security constrains or abnormal situations may affect the business.  Make the risk assessment /analysis for any political events may influence the community direct or indirect and recommend the correct solution/action should be.  Monitoring all the logistical supply chain is working in proper manners.  Control all the tractors haulers and make sure all the delivery going in safe manner.  Monitoring all the stacks containers delivery and ensure no corruption during the delivery.  Coordinate with the several authorities for staking the containers logistically inside the concession area.  Monitoring the gate in and out for the containers are done legally and the delivery  Monitoring port warehouses and distribution centres for efficiency in both operations and securely.  Control transportation activities, including storage of containers , managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements.  Coordinate and track movement of containers through logistic pathways within port authorities’ regulations.  Investigate all the customers’ complaints for the improper shipments and deliveries.  Control all the fees collections “financially wise” against all the logistically requirements, is running in proper and legal/regulatory ways.  Follow actions plans with vendors and the operation manager.  Work on to ensure compliance with Dp World standard of vendors performance requirements and KPIs are suit for the standardized with the integrity solutions.
