• Job Details:•Receiving of raw, packaging and auxiliary material; •Ensure the Quality management systems and applicable ISO standards are implemented and legal standards in the brewery are met at all times. •Conduct internal audits of QMS, FSSC. ISO 9001-2015. •Certified tester for sensory of Heineken RB samples •In coordination with packaging, production/brewing and maintenance departments; recommend and implement the necessary adjustments required during products filling and packaging on lines. •Actively support the TPM implementation at central lab "5S, BBS, RCFA". •Comply with laboratory star system. •Follow the sample plan starting from sampling, verification & calibration of Equipment & chemicals preparations till reporting Concerning Departments. •Update the W.I of all the Analytical Methods and Procedures and create SOP's. •Conduct HOC and Hygiene audit in the plant, report finding to management team for improvement. •Support the production teams to ensure the availability of the required products with the right quality •Ensure the conformance of products and finished goods to the Legal and Company Specifications. •Follow the Safety, hygiene, Good Manufacturing food safety, Quality policies, procedures & standards established within the company. •Gas chromatography operation and calibration

Quality Control Lab chemistFull Time

• Job Details:•Ensures that all work meets applicable QA/QC guidelines. •Responsible for the products' quality during production and packaging process. • Support the production teams to ensure the availability of the required products with the right quality. • Raise OOS to responsible departments and follow up at DCS. • Support satellite labs For GMP of quality checks and tests. • Support food safety and hygiene of plant by HOC audit. • Ensure the release of products by entering required quality data on the SAP. • Investigation of out-of-specification results and preparation of reports (RCFA). • Support sensory by the Gas Chromatography analysis. • Responsible for chemicals inventory in lab, preparation of solutions. • Assisted in Heineken Analytical Ring analysis (HARA) and (HAFRA). • Assisted in Star lab. Certification of central and satellite labs Certification. • Ensure accurate results by Calibration of instrumentation as planned. • implementation and use of the TPM tools(O2I, 5S, BBS)
