- Job Details:• Define, measure and report a variety of interest rate and currency exposures • Use appropriate strategies for managing market risks using derivative markets and products. • Calculate forward prices for both foreign exchange and interest rates • Approaching different banks with short term credit facilities (ODA, L/C’s, L/G’s, etc.) & loans request. • Negotiating banks the terms & conditions for the proposed facilities & loans agreement and obtaining the best possible offers. • Approaching & negotiating different investment banks to help & assist in issuing bonds both in local & international Market. • Approaching & negotiating credit rating companies to issue a credit rating for the company or for a specific transaction, (i.e. Securitization, Bond, and Term Notes). • Review the use of both short term & medium term credit facilities on a periodical basis & recommended action needed. • Review the interest rate and other bank charges, commissions on a periodical basis and recommended action needed. • Providing top management with our company facilities position, utilization status, weighted average interest rates, major banks we are dealing with. • Monitoring subsidiaries financial managers in term of facilities utilization, assisting with bank negotiations. • Assessment on which banks we should function more for our company & our subsidiary. • Analyzing company’s financial statements making sure that each company is maintaining the requested financial ratio level. • Monitoring corporate financial leverage & current ratio through capital increases & loans. • Preparing a forecast of the probable future financial condition of each company. • Study the financing structure of the company’s activities in order to provide necessary recommendations including, dividence distribution, and capital injection.
