• Job Details:• Provide leadership, management as well as a technical vision for entire software engineering & IT teams. • Develop and implement all software engineering & IT plans. • Direct and manage software engineering& IT resource allocation, schedules, and budget. • Manage and oversee joint development with 3rd party vendors along with outsourced development. • Provide suitable decision-making for product development and software engineering maintaining sensitivity to constraints and business needs. • Stimulate hiring, training, performance reviews, and career plans for software engineering& IT teams. • Participate actively in organization software development process& IT service management as company Master. • Facilitate software development & IT teams to accomplish optimal team performance. • Assist in removing technical obstacles, help enhance team processes, handle resource issues and interact with varied members to assure sprint iteration and product release successful delivery. • Report on prevailing project schedule as well as progress on weekly basis. • Supervise technology trends like emerging standards for fresh technology opportunities. • Stimulate overall architecture, security, and design plus certifications of software products.

Software Development ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Plan and execute projects to ensure that teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products effectively by establishing realistic estimates for timelines while ensuring that projects remain on target to meet deadlines • Provide a software development plan that meets the future needs of our clients and markets based on the state--‐of--‐the--‐art technologies • Work together with team leads to plan and execute projects, and ensure that teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products effectively by establishing realistic estimates for timelines while ensuring that projects remain on target to meet deadlines • Track and report the status of projects on various teams, acting as a gateway through which work should be assigned to appropriate teams while ensuring that project scope is adequately defined • Demonstrate a software plan that meets the future needs of our commercial clients on technical challenges of industry demands. • Evolve the existing software system applications and architecture in various areas as needed • Helping developers resolve problems both technical as well as human resources issues, tracking and approving vacation and personal days for employees within their teams and monitoring individual employees’ performance and relaying this to upper management • Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development
