• Job Details:• • Follow up with the client’s representative regarding Project progress and areas of concern. • Follow up the liaison with the client, Project management, and supervision consultant. • Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations. • Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met. • Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities. • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues. • Devising cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion. Implement procurement strategy and policies / Forecast procurement needs. • Advice project director on contractual and business administration matters to ensure the company is compensated by contractual terms • Review, approve, and issue purchase orders per company policy and negotiated terms and conditions. • Ensure effective cost control processes are implemented on the project to accurately report cost commitments, expenditures, and estimates at completion.

Unit Head - Project Controls (Cost & Planning)Full Time

• Job Details:• Responsible for the development and accuracy of cost and schedule reports. Verify consistency with previous reports to ensure compatibility. Responsible for preparing reports required by company management and project procedures. • Delineate projects needs for cost control in accordance with company procedures and client contractual requirements. Supervise the competent performance of cost control activities and timely issue of reports. • Schedule development, maintenance and monitoring in accordance with company procedures and client contract requirements. Supervise the competent performance of schedule development, maintenance, monitoring and analysis activities and timely issue of reports. • Prepare, coordinate and supervise cost and scheduling presentations to company and client management as required. • Monitor projects activities against contract scope of work; prepare additional work cost estimates and schedule. • Prepare and coordinate the development of staffing plans for cost and scheduling activities. • Perform personnel performance reviews and career counseling. • Ensure that applicable training objectives for personnel are met.
