- Established the credit and revenue assurance department at ITWorx including all reporting systems (revenue analysis, credit analysis, revenue assurance) as well as setting the needed SOPs for the department and across departments to ensure sound reporting and alliance. - In 2007, I established all related collection systems and reporting in ITWorx, successfully building accurate edging reports enabling more visibity on doubtful debts. I have further managed to collect most of these debts through effective communication and negotiations with our customers. - Successfully converted the revenue methodology from revenue by billing to revenue recognition methodology in 2007. - Established the revenue system on ITWorx internal operation system to ensure better visibility of each revenues, billing, all related legal documents, growth margins, and cost with regards to each operation.
