• Job Details:- Managing & Operating all aspects of Orange OCB Cloud environment from Data-center hardware to Cloud Platform in multi-sites. - Provide IaaS to our customers based on Cloud Foundation (VCF), VMware Cloud Stack (vCloud Suite & vRealize Suite Products) [Ex.: vCloud Director, vCloud Availability, NSX-T, Usage Meter, vROPS, vRO, vROPS Tenant App, vRLI] - Manage Zerto (DR & Multi-Cloud Mobility) solution for our customers. - Proactively define project requirements/issues/constraints with project managers. - Provide support, mentorship & coaching to new team members. - Prepare standard documentation for repetitive daily tasks. - Collaborate with Service Owners to prepare monthly capacity & billing reports to our customers, also while creating patching, upgrading, updating plans of DC H/W [Dell M1000e & HPE Synergy] & Cloud Platform.
