• Job Details:• Managing the delivery of connections and global multi-million-dollar projects in North Africa, Middle East and Eastern Europe. • Handling implementation remotely or via local teams. • Working on projects in multiple industries including: aviation, oil and gas, financial services, public sector, FMCGs and diplomatic entities. • Continuously improving processes for efficient and effective operations to achieve faster delivery, exceed targets and ensure customer satisfaction. • Building solid relations with key external stakeholders including government bodies, service providers & customers. • Managing diverse teams with people from different cultures, backgrounds, experiences, etc... • Negotiating and reviewing contractual agreements with partners, vendors and suppliers. • Since 2020, managing field services team in Egypt in addition to the EEMEA local delivery team. • Offering 24/7 field support all over Egypt via field engineers’ team. • In addition to the EEMEA LDM team with the description listed below, I got assigned another team as well, Local Field Service for Egypt • This team handles customer installations and outages all over the map of Egypt. • We handle logistics and part of the procurement chain in Egypt. • We also own large Warehouses and stores to cover SLA requirements for our customer support function as well the ongoing implementation work. • We also handle Custom Clearance for all shipments to and from Egypt. • We are responsible to provide 24/7 smooth support for all customers. • We are also responsible to choose vendors and implement best practices to save money for the company.

Head of EEMEA_Central Local DeliveryFull Time

• Job Details:I manage a team who is in charge of all connectivity activities of assigned countries in North Africa, Middle East and Eastern Europe. We handle all implementation activities including driving various teams in different disciplines (logistics, field service, finance..etc.). I am tasked with driving the region to achieve faster delivery, meet targets, maintain as well as build carrier relationships and most importantly, ensure meeting the best interest of customers.

Local Deliver ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Handled all additions or modifications to orders for any Orange Customer in Egypt. Established and maintained commercial and technical relationships with PTT (Telecom Egypt), ISP’s and local vendors while managing project resources (personnel or equipment). Also, conducted technical troubleshooting to establish connectivity over leased lines and DSL connections. Communicated daily with customers to ensure meeting client requirements. The SPOC for any entity in Egypt that wishes to query Orange Business Services on any Egypt-related issues. Piloted the rollout of multiple new access products in Egypt, like Metro Ethernet and Pri Wi-Max access solutions and drove their deployment and finalized ordering agreements with carriers like Etisalat merged ISP (formerly Egynet), Telecom Egypt, LinkdotNet, TE Data. Managed and negotiated pricing with 3rd party vendors (SHDSL modems, converters, specific cables, etc.).
