• Job Details:My responsibilities and duties include but not limited to the following: • Overseeing and monitoring activities of site construction works to ensure the best quality and the highest safe productivity of the manpower. • Inspecting ongoing work, ensuring adherence to local codes and keeping construction project costs if possible under budget. • Supervision and maintaining overall quality of a construction project to ensure the work is done as per standard construction procedures. • Reviewing the primary drawings which issued by the technical department for the projects to ensure that there is no obstruction will face the executing teams of the projects. • Reviewing the bill of quantity for construction workings executed. • Approval of submittals. • Help with a solution when problems are encountered. • Reviewing the executive plans for the projects to be always ahead compared with the base line plans. • Coordinating and reporting timely to Project Manager to keep the projects going smoothly safely and with the best quality. • Coordinating and Serve as link between Site and Office. • Issuing the necessary letters when needed to keep the projects going on without delaying.

Construction Manager and Site ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:My responsibilities and duties include but not limited to the following: • Assisting Project Manager in day-to day activities. • Attending / monitoring day-to-day activities of site construction works. • Follow-up with the sub-contractors to implement contract specifications & requirements in the project. • Managing construction crews and Checking the duties of site staff (Junior site engineers and supervisors) ,Evaluating them, train up them and ensure output from them. • Reviewing The daily ,Weekly and Monthly reports to monitor the actual progress to compare it with the planed one. • Coordinating with the construction manager and technical department to get the approval for the drawings, method of statements and materials. • Coordinating between the Civil, Electrical & Mechanical (MEP) Departments. • Issuing the necessary letters when needed to keep the projects going on without delaying. • Suggesting solutions to increase the productivity of the manpower. • Supervising all the site works to ensure the best quality and the highest safe productivity of the manpower (erection works of all the precast panels, precast elements, hollow block slabs, flat slabs, water tanks and boundary walls, precast reinforced fill retaining walls and infrastructures executing). • Material orders and item purchasing. • Approval of submittals. • Reviewing the primary drawings which issued by the technical department for the projects to ensure that there is no obstruction will face the executing teams of the projects. • Preparing and reviewing the bill of quantity for construction workings executed. • Preparing and reviewing all the invoices prior to submit it to the Owners. • Preparing and reviewing all the subcontractors invoices prior to the payments. • Preparing and reviewing all the documents required for obtaining & calculating the progress percentage for every activity in the program for purpose of the program updating. • Attending / monitoring day-to-day activities as A Civil Engineer Accredited by the Ministry of Education in KSA to supervise the construction for the following projects : 1. Al mohamadya primary , secondary and high school in Abha at accost of 32800000 SR. 2. Al shekh Mohamed bin Abdulwahab complex schools in Khames Meshet at accost of 22700000 SR. 3. Al faysalya primary and secondary school in Sakaka at accost of 15360000 SR. 4. Al mraby secondary school in Gizan at accost of 9750000 SR. 5. Al kornish primary school in Tabuk at accost of 8250000 SR.

Project Engineer and Site EngineerFull Time
