- Job Details:Generate and send invoices to customers for goods or services provided, ensuring accuracy in billing. Receive and process payments from customers, including checks, credit card transactions, and electronic payments. Regularly reconcile customer accounts to ensure that all payments are accurately recorded and discrepancies are addressed promptly. Assess customer creditworthiness, establish credit limits, and monitor outstanding balances to minimize risk. Follow up on overdue accounts through phone calls, emails, or letters to encourage timely payment. Maintain accurate records of all transactions, customer communications, and payment histories. Address customer inquiries regarding invoices, payment status, and account issues in a professional manner. Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards related to accounts receivable. Work closely with other departments, such as sales and finance, to resolve issues and improve processes related to receivables. Responsible for performing the day-to-day of accounting activities for the treasury. Prepare and review daily cash position (daily). Petty cash handling: expense voucher preparation, payment with necessary approval & reconciliation with system. Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements. Execute the accounting activities for the treasury. Preparing and presenting required reports (VAT report monthly). Following up the vendor invoices on the electronic system (portal) on a daily basis. Following up the purchase orders and match the quantities that we have already obtained and that we did not get. Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Month-end closing processes, ensuring all transactions are recorded, and preparing necessary journal entries. Ensuring compliance with tax regulations, preparing tax returns, and assisting in audits as needed.
