• Job Details:• Preparing key performance indicators for all company departments. • Preparing monthly incentives based on key performance indicators . • Preparing the annual recruitment plan (Manpower Plan). • Follow up on the operation of the hygiene, security and buffet departments • Preparing the annual Training plan ( Training Need Analysis ). • Attracting labor from the labor market. • Preparing policies and procedures for human resources management and promoting it. • Preparing Recruitments wages & benefits skeleton and promoting it. • Establishing the company (HR / Admin / legally) Responsible for company organization skeleton and its modifications. • Preparing the staff promotions program. • Preparing the administrative structure of the company. • Contracting and following up the operation of the transfer of employees. • Contracting with contractors to supply seasonal labor and follow up their employment. • Safety, social insurance, medical care & life insurance for all employees. • preparing monthly payroll for the company. • Transfer the payroll to the bank and follow up the opening of accounts for employees. • Support the implementation of company’s integrated management systems (Quality, OH&S, and Environment) plans and programs.
