• Job Details:• Perform all required tests on transformers: Turns Ratio and Vector Group - Dc resistance - Tan delta Measurement - Insulation resistance - Magnetizing current - Magnetizing balance - Vector Group - Zero Sequence - Short circuit test - CT tests - Gauge Calibration - SFRA - MK Function - MDU Operation and Function check - Mechanical Protection test. • Preparing all SAT and calculations for the results. • Attending meeting with clients and prepare Shutdown plan and weekly schedule for Testing. • Dealing with sub-contractor to ensure proper progress as scheduled • Team Lead and Work Permit Receiver • Dealing and coordinating with SEC-NG and CSD Consultant representatives. • Perform testing using following devices: - - Measurement of voltage ratio and check of phase displacement using: MEGGER- TTR 330A - Measurement of winding resistance using: MEGGER- MTO-330 - Measurement of insulation resistance : MEGGER - Measurement of capacitances between windings to earth and between windings, and measurement of dissipation factor (tanδ) of the insulation system capacitance using: Megger Delta 4000 - Measurement of transformer winding frequency-response (SFRA) using: FRAX - Gauge Calibration using: Broman and Sverker 780. - Current transformer ratio test and check polarity using: Omicron CT Analyzer - Oil Breakdown : - Break down voltage: MEGGER OTS80PB-EUL-UP-4C.
