• Job Details:My Responsibilities at Site “Marassi Bay”: * Cooperate with the site managers and executive departments to collect data for actual works. * Prepare the project time schedules and confirm the baseline. * Prepare All Reports (Monthly, Weekly .... etc.) planning reports for the clients and issue the required planning and cost reports to senior planning manager. * Attend the required meetings with Engineers / Employers / Sub-contractors. * Work with project teams to pull together the correct information in preparation of analysis for claims and disputes.

Senior Planning & Contracts EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:My Responsibilities at Head Office & Sites “AZAD Views” & “SA'ADA New Cairo”: Planning Responsibilities: * Study the tender documents (Drawings, B.O.Q, Contract .... etc.) and collect the required data. * Prepare the tender overview, tender project time schedules, cash flow, estimated work values, and reports of man-power and equipment for tender projects after review with projects control manager. * Issue the construction method statement for the tender projects to Projects control manager. * Cooperate with the site managers and executive departments to collect data for actual works. * Prepare the project time schedules and confirm the baseline. * Loading the resources on the time schedule and perform productivity analysis of the construction activities. * Prepare All Reports (Monthly, Weekly .... etc.) planning reports for the clients and issue the required planning and cost reports to projects control manager. * Attend the required meetings with Engineers / Employers / Sub-contractors. * Prepare and submit full detailed EOT claims containing delay analysis and contractual merits. * Work with project teams to pull together the correct information in preparation of analysis for claims and disputes. Contracts Responsibilities * Explain to the project’s key personnel the importance of the contract clauses, payments and change processes. * Review the contract conditions carefully and thoroughly. * Review, analyze, coordinate, and reply to contractual correspondences with clients. * Report to the Project Manager any deviation from the contract requirements. * Document and record all events or cases that could give rise to a claim. * Gathering and organization of data related to contractual claims, study and preparation of findings, and preparation and update of claims logs. * Gathering and organizing data related to variations and preparing and updating variation logs. * Document and record all events or cases that could give rise to a claim.
