Projects & maintenance managerFull Time

• Job Details:• Manage all projects from the visibility studies (business case, deliverables, payback…) till delivering and ensure that all projects are executed according to safety, quality, time and budget. • Manage maintenance of company assets within all applicable laws and procedures while meeting / exceeding corporate objectives. • Provide leadership, knowledge, experience and innovation toward achieving optimum plant performance, reliability, maintenance costs, maintenance efficiencies, and engaged high performing teams. • Ensure that preventive, predictive and proactive work is planned and controlled within the required maintenance cost. • Ensure that all engineering and maintenance jobs are done according to reliability excellence and capital effectiveness policies and carried out within the safety, environmental and labor laws and the appropriate corporate policies. • Ensure that the assets criticality assessment and spare parts are properly determined and regularly updated. • Setting & managing CAPEX & OPEX budgets (1, 3 & 5 years). • Ensure that all involving departments are working by and applying the operational excellence, reliability excellence and capital effectiveness policies. • Monitor and analyze reports for EDT, STD, CI, maintenance cost, energy cost, operation cost........ • Manage & Develop skills for the team.

Automation & IS managerFull Time

• Job Details:In addition to my previous duty and leading a team of 19 engineers, operators & technicians, was responsible for preparing the Auto. & IS annual budget, training plans, maintenance and performance reports, and handle vendor relation with foreign and local suppliers and contracts management.

Automation engineerFull Time

• Job Details:Participated in designing and installation of a computer based distributed control system (DCS, mission critical real time application) including: motor control centers, I/O enclosures, field control units, UCOS software, Critical safety devices, temperature monitoring system, level monitoring system and the control room.
