• Job Details:Senior Service Engineer At Atlasco Egypt (Boge Air Compressors) Responsibilities: 1-Troubleshoot and repair for screw & piston air compressors (Boge- Atlascopco- Kaeser), air dryers (Boge-Quality Air), auto drains. 2-Troubleshoot and repair for Oxygen and Nitrogen Generators (Oxymat). 3-Troubleshoot and repair for vacuum pumps (BUSCH). 4-Design and Supervise on installing pipe compressor systems as needed. 5-Train Service Technicians. 6-Make technical reports for every machine after service. 7-Accurately communicate with the customer and Service Manager regarding all services performed and clearly presents all options for any required repairs, upgrades, or other customer needs. 8-Follow-up for the spare parts which needed in the service with Logistic Department. 9-Follow-up with customers after finishing the service repeatedly. 10-All services are done in the customer’s location around all cities in Egypt except some troubleshoots which are needed to be repaired in the workshop. Project Manager for the following Projects: • Oxygen Station at 57357 Hospital. • Oxygen Station at El-Arish Public Hospital. • Air Station at Mercedes Benz Service Center. • Air Station at Erwina Factory for Mineral Water. • Oxygen Station at El-Brullus Public Hospital.

Sales EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Responsibilities: • Define value proposition, marketing strategy and develop sales opportunities • Manage the whole life cycle of the sales process • Contribute to the condition monitoring product development as guided by understanding the clients needs. • Searching for new clients who might benefit from company services. • Persuading clients that our service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery. • Providing pre-sales technical assistance and after-sales support services. • Preparing reports for head office. • Meeting regular sales targets • Make sales calls and regular visits on existing clients and establish contacts with new accounts. • Motivating the sales force to achieve the best results. • Implement company’s sales and marketing plans. • Promote positive relations with both clients and principals. • Evaluate customer needs and assist prospective clients with selection of the product / service required. • Provide management with up-to-date information on market and competition. • Coordinate the preparation of proposals / tenders. • Attend and participate in sales meetings, machines exhibitions, and seminars.

Automotive Technical EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Responsibilities: • Distribute the daily appointments to the appropriate member of staff in a fair and efficient manner. • Check and detect problems and failures for vehicles after receiving the vehicle report from service advisors. • Assign the duties of the Foreman and quality tester on a daily basis to ensure they are efficiently utilised. • Ensure the booking system is kept constantly updated with the vehicle progress. • Ensure consistent communication and updates to the service advisor on the vehicle status. • Ensure constant communication with the spare parts department for pending parts and pre picked parts. • Update the daily department reports • Ensure all relevant technical trends are communicated to the Workshop manager for processing. • Coordinate the Quality Tester to assigns jobs to ensure the timely completion of the customer vehicles. • Monitor return work and identify possible trends with repairs and report all findings to the Workshop manager. • Compile and submit the Quality control report and submit to the workshop manager on a weekly basis. • Ensure the workshop equipment is kept to a high standard and cleanliness at all times. • Identify staff training needs and coordinate with the workshop manager to implement individual training plans for each employee inclusive of a staff training records.
