• Job Details:Audit the hubs performance on a daily basis using the company system. Classify the data analysis sheet into numbers that indicate each hub’s performance and gaps. Audit the daily performance by exporting reports from the company’s systems which are used and updated by merchants. Investigate lost shipments and fake update cases with the hub leaders and merchants and members. Audit the internal handover process between hubs is being handled in the right manner. Audit any performance gaps related to the ops. employees' performance to detect and solve it.
