• Job Details:- Lead the supervision of the consultant team through managing and evaluating the consultant team on site and provide recommendations. - Coordinate between contractors, the owner and the consultant office to ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with the budget and the timeline of the client, while simultaneously achieving the best quality. - Assist in solving operational problems through attending periodic meetings with the Client/PM and Contractors. - Oversee the review of POs / claims / variation orders submitted by contractor to ensure its compliance with the initial design and sanction payment to contractors accordingly. - Monitor the parameters of the project and report any potential deviations from the contract documents in terms of cost, time, or quality. - Oversee all project activities from the commencement of the construction works on site until its completion including reviewing and signing the interim certificates, the taking over certificates, managing the preparation of snag lists and monitoring works during the defect liability period and the final hand-over to the Client. - Ensure that all RFI’s, material submittals and shop drawings are reviewed and answered properly and in a timely manner according to the Client/Consultant’s contract. - Monitor the performance of contractors, ensuring that work activities have been carried out in accordance with the drawings, specifications and industry standards. - Prepare, maintain and present project progress status reports and records to relevant stakeholders.

Director of Project ManagementFull Time

• Job Details:- Lead teams to ensure communication between the client and design team is precise. - Coordinate between design teams such as, architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical… etc. - Work with the Team leaders to complete work in accordance with the budget and timelines for the client. - Lead and attend client briefings and present project stages throughout the project. - Undertake work in accordance with the scope of the proposal as agreed by the client and within the associated budget parameters. - Work closely with clients, sub-contractors and stakeholders to deliver high quality deliverables in a timely manner. - Ensure accuracy of work in accordance with project scope within project parameters. - Coordinate with Project Managers and Project Directors on a regular basis to track project progress against the budget. - Price office services and prepare quotations for key clients. - Further information on the work of the office through the website www.cce-ksa.com

Project CoordinatorFull Time

• Job Details:- Deploy project plans in coordination with owners and consultant designer - Review submitted project designs and documents ensuring technical compliance with set standards - Coordinate with the client and consultant to provide certify project samples and materials in accordance with the timetable for the project - Prepare presentation models ensuring its compliance with project specifications - Supervise and coordinate the re-design for different systems; ensuring they do not conflict with each other - Prepare specifications for new items after receiving and evaluating technical and financial offers from suppliers whilst getting the necessary client approvals - Oversee project implementation and progress against plans and budgets; ensuring prompt fixes to technical problems are made. - Review project schedules and accreditation programs with constant coordination and follow up on project management teams - Conduct negotiations and review financial and technical offers with sub-contractors
