• Job Details:• Performing all Testing Activities in Agile scrum throughout a sprint. • Work with other quality Leads to document the quality processes for replication in other locations. • Monitor and insure the agile software development process is working in a smooth manner and also enhances the development process over time. • Design and execute test cases for Mobile Apps, Games and websites to verify the product functionality according to user’s requirements. • Maintains the status of project and provides guidance to junior team members, works across teams to achieve group goals. • Make improvements to functionality, design, and usability of new products. • Partners with project stakeholders to ensure effective planning and requirements definition. • Analyzes requirements, deliverables, results, etc. • Assists in performance requirement definition. • Performs risk analysis. • Ensures consistency and adherence to organizational practices. • Builds and evaluates quality checkpoints. • Reviews, monitors and summarizes progress of project testing activities - including performance testing and test case automation. • Creates and executes basic non-functional test scripts following a given set of guidelines and sets up test environments, data and monitors. • Designs, tests and documents simple programs or scripts and assists in the implementation of software which forms part of a properly engineered system. • Co-ordinates the information gathering and reporting process, conducting research to define problems and preparing responses to anticipated questions. • Accurately identifies project risks and reports effectively to relevant stakeholders. Manages issues, risks, actions, dependencies, and defects to the success of the project. • Creates traceability records, from test cases back to requirements. Can report on system quality and collects metrics on test cases. • Produces test scripts, materials and regression test packs to test new and amended software or services. • Participate in retrospective meetings to ensure better development and testing processes. • Active participant in all phases of the project lifecycle. Work with project stakeholders during project definition to help the team understand risks, dependencies, and opportunities; participate in requirements definition and review; lend subject matter expertise to projects. • Develops test strategies, test approaches for performance and automation events • Suggest and implement process improvements that will accomplish team, department and business goals. • Striving for efficiency, consistency and effectiveness
