Ensure efficient and effective payment processes via E-payment, ACH, cheques, and wire transfers. Process ERP payments for cheques and internal transfers. Record and maintain financial entries for treasury transactions. Update the cheque master sheet, ensuring checkbooks are organized and canceled cheques are properly documented. Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting. Calculate and record bank expenses, interest, and revenue. Provide complete documentation of treasury entries (hard copy and digital records). Analyze treasury accounts and provide reports to management. Coordinate collection processes with various departments and acknowledge payments. Archive bank statements and other banking correspondence for audit purposes. Ensure a smooth payment cycle for trade finance operations, including CAD, LC, and LGs. Prepare necessary bank forms (LC opening, collection of documents, etc.). Assist in preparing weekly cash position reports and updating treasury express balances. Handle treasury-related tasks for operations outside Egypt. Provide backup support for cashbox activities as needed
